Room projects
Dafeli stores room project names, creation/modification dates, estimated geometry, detected surfaces and objects, notes, checklist items, reference photos and voice recordings in local app storage. A captured room may also have a saved room-data file. Measurement-unit preferences are stored on the device.
Capture and reference media
Guided room capture uses the device camera and LiDAR through Apple’s RoomPlan tools. Live capture requires compatible LiDAR hardware. Take photo requests camera access and Record voice note requests microphone access when selected. You can decline and use the sample-room and ordinary editing tools. The system photo picker shares only the image you select.
Exports you choose
Export project can prepare a floor-plan PDF, room/project data or an available 3D model. An export leaves the app when you choose a share destination. The selected destination handles the copy under its own rules. Deleting a project in Dafeli does not delete copies previously exported elsewhere.
Keeping and deleting rooms
Projects and attachments remain until you remove them or clear local projects. A confirmed Clear all local projects action removes the project library and associated saved media. Shared attachments used by a project copy are kept until no local project refers to them. App removal or device loss can affect this local library; device backups depend on iOS and your settings.
Documents and support
Opening the legal documents requests pages from the document website, whose host processes ordinary connection data such as IP address and browser details. Contacting contact@dafeli.app sends the information and attachments you choose to include in your email. Avoid sending private room images or recordings unless you want them reviewed for your request. The date on this page identifies policy updates.
